Page Count Instructions

Canon 2200/2220 Fax Machine
1. Press Data Registration button
2. Press # key
3. Lift flap
4. Press Down arrow to #7 Printer
5. Press Set
6. Press Down Arrow to #3 Print Counts
7. Take reading from the LCD window. A page will not print.
8. Press Stop to reset.
Canon CFX L4000/4500 Fax Machine
1. Press Function button
2. Press Data Registration button
3. Press # key
4. Press Report button
5. Press 0
6. Press Enter
Canon LC 8500/9000 Fax Machine
1. Open the two flip covers
2. Press Data Registration button
3. Press # key
4. Press Report button
5. Press Down Arrow twice to #3 System Dump in the display
6. Press Set button
The first page of the report contains the page count.
HP 1100
When the Ready light is illuminated, press and release the Go button to print a self-test page.
NOTE: If the printer is in PowerSave mode, press and release the Go button once to awaken it, and then press and release the Go button a second time.
HP 2100, 2200
When the Ready light is illuminated, press and release the Go and Job Cancel buttons simultaneously to print a configuration page.
HP 3150
1. Press ENTER/MENU.
2. Use the < and > keys to select REPORTS and press ENTER/MENU.
3. Use the < and > keys to select SELF TEST and press ENTER/MENU.
4. The product exits the Menu settings and prints the report.
HP 3200
1. Press ENTER/MENU.
2. Use the < and > keys to select REPORTS and press ENTER/MENU.
3. Use the < and > keys to select CONFIGURATION REPORT and press ENTER/MENU.
4. The product exits the Menu settings and prints the report.
HP 3330
1. Press ENTER/MENU.
2. Use the < and > keys to select REPORTS and press ENTER/MENU.
3. Use the < and > keys to select CONFIG REPORT and press ENTER/MENU.
4. The product exits the Menu settings and prints the report.
HP IIIsi
1. Press Online button to take printer offline
2. Hold Print Font button/Test
3. When window reads 05 SELF TEST, let go
4. Printer will print a test page
5. Press Online to put printer back online.
HP 4, 4+
1. Press Online button to take printer offline
2. Press Menu button until TEST MENU appears
3. Press Item button until SELF TEST appears
4. Press Enter
5. Printer will print a test page
6. Press Online to put printer back online.
HP 4000, 4050
1. Press Menu until INFORMATION MENU appears
2. Press Item until PRINT CONFIGURATION appears
3. Press Select to print the configuration page
HP 4200, 4300, 4600
1. Press Select to open the menus
2. Press the Up or Down arrows until INFORMATION appears, then press Select
3. Press the Up or Down arrows until PRINT CONFIGURATION appears, then press Select
HP 4500
1. Press Menu until INFORMATION MENU appears
2. Press Item until PRINT CONFIGURATION appears
3. Press Select to print the configuration page
4. The printer will rturn to the READY state
HP 5500
1. Press Check to open the menus
2. Press the Down arrow to highlight INFORMATION
3. Press Check to select INFORMATION
4. Press the Down arrow to highlight PRINT CONFIGURATION
5. Press Check to print the configuration page
HP 6p
1. Press and hold the oblong button
2. Press the round button
3. Release both buttons
4. Printer will print a configuration page
HP 8000, 8100, 8150
1. Press Menu until INFORMATION MENU appears
2. Press Item until PRINT CONFIGURATION appears
3. Press Select to print the configuration page
HP 9000
1. Press Check to open the menus
2. Press the Down arrow to highlight INFORMATION
3. Press Check to select INFORMATION
4. Press the Down arrow to highlight PRINT CONFIGURATION
5. Press Check to print the configuration page
IBM Net 24
1. At the Ready prompt, press Online. Offline will display.
2. Press Menu to scroll to the Test menu
3. Press Item to scroll to the Config page
4. Press Enter to print the config page
5. Press Online to put printer back in Ready mode.
